The Hind Tours & Travels seeks to accomplish many objectives and prepare all service facilities to serve and take care of the pilgrims. The most prominent objectives are as follows:

• Improve the services provided to the pilgrims and mu’tamirs.
• Develop the works of circumambulation, agency, guidance, and domestic pilgrimage, using the latest technology.
• Seek to facilitate the journey of Hajj through the human and technical efforts provided.
• Develop the skills of field service workers to provide distinguished services for pilgrims and mu’tamirs, by adopting distinguished and effective training programs.
• Coordinate with all relevant authorities to facilitate the performance of rituals by pilgrims and mu’tamirs
• Work according to the values and teachings of Islamic Sharia to provide distinguished services.
• Unify efforts to motivate citizens to contribute, as much as they can, to the service of pilgrims, whether they are commissioned or volunteers.
